These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Composita (the “Service”), a keyword-watch and news-digest service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Composita lets you define keyword watches and a relevance question, then delivers scheduled digests of matching news articles via your chosen channel (email or WhatsApp). Source content is drawn from publicly available news feeds; relevance is assessed by an automated language model. We make no guarantee that any particular story will be captured, or that an assessment is correct — the Service is an aid to editorial judgment, not a replacement for it.

Messaging & notifications

When you opt in to email or WhatsApp delivery, you consent to receive notification messages from Composita about your configured watches. Message frequency depends on how many articles match your watches and on your chosen cadence.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Our handling of your contact details is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, no unauthorized access, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

News content surfaced through the Service belongs to its respective publishers. Digests link to original sources; we do not claim ownership of third-party content. The Composita software, design, and trademarks remain ours.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Composita is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
